Leaders look to imbalance within and across communities. When imbalance are great in a community, it is expressed through the children.
Balance the voices of your community, so that those that yell the loudest do not drown out the others who speak in softer voices. All must be heard.
Each community must have a sacred place of listening. The places of judging, of telling, of selling, of speeches far out number places of listening. Places of listening are essential for balance.
